Hey there, students! If you are attending one of these schools: Fayetteville Tech, Johnston, NC A&T, Piedmont, Pitt, Randolph, Richmond, Sandhills, UNCW, Wake Tech, or Wayne we have some exciting news for you!

Mark your calendars for September 25, 2025, because you are invited to the Carolina Cyber Network Cyber Career Fair East, happening at Fayetteville Technical Community College. This event is part of the Fall Convening and is an excellent opportunity for you to explore career options and network with potential employers.

To kick things off, Dr. Sharon Lewis of Booz Allen's Joint Combatant Command (JCC) will deliver a presentation from 1:00-2:00PM. Her session will help set the stage for the career fair and provide insights to prepare students for meaningful conversations with employers. The career fair will take place immediately after from 2:00-4:00PM.

Don't worry about travel costs! We've got your back with a prepaid debit card to help cover your expenses. Just remember to bring your school ID to claim it. However, please note that the card will only cover travel expenses and not overnight accommodations. 

The below list shows what schools should expect to receive for compensation based off the round-trip distance traveled both to and from the event:

$25 Prepaid Debit Card

Johnston, Sandhills

$50 Prepaid Debit Card

NC A&T, Piedmont, Pitt, Randolph, Richmond, UNCW, Wake Tech, or Wayne.
